As a Business Analyst, working both with internal teams and external you will:

* Write specifications and user stories

* Communicate status of features to internal teams and customers

* Lead communications across technical, sales and product teams

* Conduct user research and interviews

* Provide training and newsletter material

* Demo the platform both within the company and to customers

Requirements:

* 1 + years' experience as a business analyst

* Experienced at requirements gathering and documentation

* Ability to work independently, think creatively, and help customers solve their problems

* Highly organised

* Keen to learn about energy trading, global energy products and commodities in general

* Understanding of ETRM or other oil trading applications would be a bonus

* Flexibility and desire for personal growth

* Excellent communication skills

* Generally proficient with technology and MS Office toolset

Nice to have:

* Any previous exposure to oil, gas, other physical commodities or energy trading systems.

* Any previous exposure to shipping, terminals or refineries.

* Exposure to other FinTech, i.e., payments platforms, trading platforms
