This top 100, national firm is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their highly regarded and expanding clinical negligence team. As the successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling your own busy caseload of clinical negligence matters. You will be defending claims for NHS Resolution on a mixed range of high value and complex cases and acting for a wide range of long standing clients in both the public and private sector including all forms of NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies, registered providers, insurers and defence organisations. Applications are sought from driven Clinical Negligence Solicitors, with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and a sound, demonstrable working knowledge of the broad spectrum of clinical negligence caseloads, with some litigation experience. You must be able to demonstrate an excellent academic background together with first-rate technical expertise and client care capabilities. Actively participating in business development, you will assume a proactive role managing the firm's reputation both in and out of work. This is an outstanding opportunity for the appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor, to gain hands on experience and draw on the knowledge of some very talented and skilled professionals.
