Commercial Contracts Lawyer
LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts & Procurement Lawyer for three months initially.
The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be required to advise on all aspects of contract law. You will advise on matters such as EU procurement, contracts for goods and services, competition, contractual disputes, major corporate projects, joint ventures and negotiations.
Our client has a diverse staff base with experience drawn from the public and private sector. It is essential that candidates applying for the role have EU procurement experience to be considered. You must also have a current practising certificate. The local authority is seeking candidates available to start on no more than two weeks' notice.
