Your new role
The HR Business Partner will partner with 400 employees across Essex, Suffolk and East Hertfordshire. Your base will be the Colchester office/home, whilst visiting the various services as required. This role is part of a local People team, supported by the Group's People network. This presents a great opportunity for support, personal development and growth. You will have an enviable opportunity to help shape the People & Culture function. You will identify best practice and help to align policies and processes. The business is scoping out a new HR system, so you will also have the opportunity to be involved in its implementation. You can expect to enjoy a generalist HR role, collaborating with, coaching and supporting your customers day–to–day as well as exploring value add people solutions and strategies. The People team will also be involved in some exciting change management projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or above and have proven generalist HR experience at either an Advisor or Associate Business Partner level. The ideal candidate will be recognised for their excellent organisational skills and be forth coming with ideas on how to make the People & Culture function more efficient and streamlined. With good emotional intelligence, you will also be inquisitive, self–motivated and have the gravitas to make the role your own.
