Communicate are partnered with an Aim Listed, "heavier sector" client as they look to recruit an Interim Head of FP&A. This is an interim role for up to 6 months as they look to hire an additional head count on the team.
This is a well known and well-regarded construction and engineering firm who are currently running a parallel permanent mandate for the role and therefore require an immediate starterHead of Financial Planning and Analysisto join on an initial 6 months.
You will report to the CFO andbe managing a team of 4, whilst also working with other Heads of in the growth and expansion of the business.
The client is looking for an impressive individual who has come from a similar sector or competitor who can collaborate with the business. Key requirements below:

- You will be a qualified accountant who is CIMA qualified
- Have similar sector experience and held a Head of FP&A role in your last position/or equivalent
- Experience in a listed, or larger AIM listed environment is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in delivering to tight deadlines
