Finance Project Lead

I am currently working with a global listed technology company who are looking to recruit who provide software development and digital transformation consulting. They are looking for a Head of Finance Projects to join them on an initial nine month contract as they continue to grow both organically and through acquisition. This role will be reporting to the Finance Director and will lead on the integration of acquired companies. This role will be fundamental to the integration of newly acquired companies, the integration of greenfield locations into Finance systems and process, and the management of all the IT related Finance projects. It will work with department heads across the acquired companies to understand their current process and systems before mapping them onto Oracle, be the lead on testing and then set up workshops to train on oracle. You will be responsible for monitoring the integration on revenue recognition and invoicing as the go live approaches. You will also lead on all IT Finance related projects to completion working closely with Finance project workers, Team PM, and IT Business Partnering Team. This role will suit an experienced accountant who has experience of both Oracle implementations and working on integrating acquired companies. You will be working closely with a supportive senior leader as the business goes through an exciting time of growth
