Systems Engineer - Power Generation

My client who are a worldwide organisation are looking to recruit an experienced control systems engineer with a background of diesel or gas engines to provide technical support regarding generator control systems.
You will be responsible to provide technical expertise to the design and delivery of projects to an agreed specification, safety and performance standard.
You will have:
* Worked with and implemented quality assurance and audit systems
* Programme Engineering and execution experience across a range and type of projects
* Experience of developing and facilitating tender documents
* Experience in developing and implementing project engineering processes
* Experience of complex project programmes and liaising with customers and end users
* Previous experience in a similar role within similar industry environment is essential
* Prior Generation/Prime Mover application engineering experience (desirable)
* A bachelors degree in relevant engineering disipline
You must be:
* An excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills
* Be skilled in Microsoft project and related programmes
* Be flexible
* Travel to customer site may be required
