Prospectus is thrilled to be partnering with Dancers' Career Development to appoint their new Director of Development. The critical role will be instrumental in ensuring DCD are able to meet the increasing demand from dancers across the UK.
The role has specific responsibility for proactively leading on Major Gifts and Campaigns and will input strategically across all areas such as individual giving, trusts and foundations, planned giving, events and sponsorship. A newly created position, the role will have specific responsibility for writing and implementing a new development strategy and to work with the Board of Trustees on senior–level giving.

The selected candidate will be comfortable working within a small and passionate team and will enjoy working across revenue streams. You will be experienced at working with individual donors to secure five and six figure gifts and will enjoy supporting them to realise the potential of DCD. We are looking for an experienced professional who, working with a small and passionate team, can support DCD's ambitious objectives and make a direct impact on dancer's lives.
