Business Analyst- ServiceNow

As a Business Analyst, you will be able to demonstrate significant practical experience of ServiceNow, being confident to promote the ServiceNow functionality internally both from within IT and to the wide business, such as HR & Marketing departments.

You'll be tasked with promoting the technology investment, working with stakeholders to investigate business problems and opportunities, analysing and then driving changes to business processes, people, information, technology and organisation structures as a result of this implementation.

You'll have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of working effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders.

You'll take direct responsibility to ensure the ServiceNow implementation meets the firms ServiceNow vision, drivers, objectives and benefits.

About you...

You'll need to be able to demonstrable practical experience of working in an agile environment, implementing Service Now, ideally for a professional services business. You'll be an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in IT delivery and you'll be an eapert at capturing requirements, user stories.

Details

The role will be remote initially, however in due course, you'll be working a mixture of 2-3 days in the office (London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester or Sheffield) & 2-3 days from home. You will be required to do some ad-hoc work from Leeds/Sheffield office is there is a requirement.
