Purpose of Role
To create a culture of excellence across the organisation that provides an exceptional learning experience recognised as such via external inspection bodies and grounded in industry and economic need.
Components of the Job:
* Manage the Quality Team and MI team to become linked high performing teams that meet KPIs
* Co–create, implement, and monitor a quality, teaching and training strategy that will deliver the strongest results aligned to the various regulatory and awarding body requirements.
* To lead on external inspections, audits, and all quality assurance visits for the division.
* To lead on the creation and implementation of robust and focused staff CPD.
* To lead on the setting and monitoring of key performance indicators across the division
* To work with senior managers and where appropriate budget holders to ensure the highest standards of individual and team performance.
* Review delivery models to ensure they are fit for purpose, maximise resources and are flexible enough to support future offers.
* Ensuring the programme and product offer is organised to maximise positive outcomes
* Ensuring that all staff understand the importance of using data as evidence for accurate self–assessment and performance improvement actions.
* Ensuring that quality assurance procedures are effectively integrated across the businesses resulting in continuous improvement.
* Lead and manage the divisional stakeholder feedback and complaints processes to promote a culture of transparency, open communication, and continuous improvement.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience:
* In depth working knowledge of the Ofsted inspection process and acted as a Lead or Nominee in the process.
* The proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce by example and persuasion to achieve the highest personal and professional standards
* Track record of being able to operate with vision, energy, and resilience.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to work at senior management level.
* Ability to build and maintain excellent professional relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
* Ability to work as a member of a team with the ability to lead as well as support to achieve positive outcomes.
* Professional and confident with the ability to respond to challenges in a calm and professional manner.
