Your new company
My client is a largely successful, global company based in Crewe. They are looking for a Head of Accounts Payable to join their large finance function and operate as Head of Department.

Your new role

As a Head of Accounts Payable you will lead , manage and develop team of 15. You will be responsible for delivery of below

• Developing and producing timely management information, monitoring productivity of team members, setting and delivering KPIs
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing and payment of purchase invoices, expenses and related items.
• Promoting continuous process improvement, improving use of automation and system controls and ensure purchase ledger controls are operating effectively and following robust issue management techniques
• Support related project implementation, in particular new finance systems implementation and integration of acquired entities' purchase ledger functions.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience in operating as a head of department, excellent stakeholder management skills, proven track record in team management and process excellence. Ideally your background will be from large, high volume and multi currency organisation.
