HR Business Partner – Manufacturing
Wrexham

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global engineering company who manufacture a wide range of products for the aerospace industry.
We are looking for a HR Business Partner who is passionate about employee relations, someone who will partner with the business to build strong relationships and improve processes.
The role of the HR Business Partner will be:
* Provide HR policy guidance and support to managers on all employee and HR issues
* Coach and support line managers on HR issues and policies working together to focus on recruitment, absence management, wellbeing, communication and engagement across the business.
* Drive long term business objectives and short term projects
* Implement a standardised approach to people management practices and HR administration in addition to delivering HR improvement projects
* Resolve complex employee relations issues
* Identify training needs for managers and employees
* Ensure effective HR administration and reporting processes are developed and maintained
* HR generalist responsibilities
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
* Professional membership of CIPD (MCIPD/Level 7)
* Experience gained in a manufacturing / engineering / industrial environment – ideally unionised
* Strong employee relations background
* Experience gained as a stand–alone HR generalist
* Experience of resolving complex casework
* Able to influence and advise managers on HR policies
* Demonstrates enthusiasm, confidence and energy
