A wonderful opportunity to manage a growing Community Interest Company that exists to support increased demand for social impact programmes. Such programmes include alternative education, residential summer camps, holiday activity and food programmes, enrichment programmes and youth activity engagement projects.

The role will be to run the complete operations within the CIC and have full responsibility and accountability for all contracts. This newly created role will work closely with the Founders & Directors and will sit on the Senior Executive Board.

Headline Responsibilities

Operational oversight for a portfolio of projects with a focus on exceptional quality and outstanding experience for participants
Deliver contracts within their budgets and contribute to the overall financial strategy.
Manage, train and develop teams to perform at the required standards.
Drive and monitor performance and implement robust performance management systems.
Contribute to the design of programming and the future direction of the organisation.
Grow the portfolio by proactively exploring new markets, funding streams and partnerships.
Ensure policies and procedures comply with statutory and legal requirements and take a lead with compliance.
Adopt, embrace and contribute to the culture and values of the organisation.
Applicant Requirements

Experience in the areas of Youth Development, Family Support Services, Alternative Education or similar social impact programmes.
Highly professional, self–motivated senior manager, capable of managing their workload and prioritising tasks in a fast–paced environment.
Passionate about youth development and social impact.
Strong leadership skills – ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
Ability to oversee a wide range of different projects simultaneously.
A positive, ambitious attitude to the development of additional programmes and the vision to execute them successfully.
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
This role can be office based in London OR remote–working. (most services are London–based)
