PROJECT MANAGER

Job description:

Are you a Project Manager seeking a new challenge within the financial services sector?

Our client, a life and pensions business, is recruiting for Project Managers to support various workstreams. There will be a focus on Target Operating Models and process design/improvement.

These will be remote based to begin with and hired on an initial 6 month contract basis (Umbrella/PAYE only).

Skills required:

• Proven project management experience
• Previous financial services experience
• Previous life and pensions experience (beneficial)

Core responsibilities:

• Manage project to successful delivery
• Create and maintain a partnership with delivery teams and/or outsource providers
• Ensure project sponsor, steering group and other stakeholders are kept informed of project progress
• Produce high quality project documentation, including plans, actions, decisions, risks, issues, incidents and governance in line with the project objectives to ensure successful delivery
• Implement and operate effective and robust governance and control in line with the change management framework
