The Opportunity

The New Partner Advisors primary objective is to deliver a premium level of service, this will include welcoming new partners to Just Eat and providing a best in class service that delivers an amazing 1st experience to our new partners.

A key aspect of the role is delivering a consistent level of service that improves the efficiency and relationship with our restaurant partners and third party delivery services while working collaboratively with the team and wider business.

The New Partner Advisors will manage/service all restaurant brands, delivery service restaurants across Just Eat's expanding client portfolio, and based on the growth and requirements of the business the role may require the individual to be involved in a variety of activities within the department.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete end to end onboarding for our new branded or delivery service partners, ensuring they are onboarded with care and consideration to their needs
  • Ensure accuracy in account creation before go live
  • Provided education, support and guidance to new partners in the ways of working with just eat and how to maximise their business goals
  • Link to delivery Operations and sales field teams to ensure the logistic set up of our new partners are achieved and their experience in getting online is seamless
  • Complete end to end resolution of change requests inclusive of all process and department work streams. E.g. Production, Creation, Profile
  • Monitor key SLA's for ALL change and service requests and ensure completion within time scales and with great accuracy e.g Menu changes
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and counterparts to promote partnership and satisfaction.
  • Ensure our partners are satisfied before Go Live and left set up for success

Required skills and experience

  • Experience with customer contact
  • Ooze confidence and professionalism
  • Self–motivated with the ability to self manage
  • Ability and proven record in negotiation and resolution of difficult issues
  • Experience in portfolio management
  • A desire and experience of working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Experience in building very strong relationships, verbally and face to face
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
