Clarity Global Group Ltd is one of the leading Pharmaceutical & Health Distribution services. Providing bespoke end–to–end distribution services combined with the latest market insights and strategies. We work with a number of manufacturers providing storage and distribution, supplying to full & short line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries and hospitals.
Founded since 1999 we have had huge success over the years, winning numerous awards and most recently in 2021 winning the 'Alantra Pharma Fast 50' award for the second year running.
Clarity is on a mission to drive rapid growth, and due to this we are looking for a Sales Director to lead this.
Duties include–
* Reporting directly to the Group Executive team
* You will be a strategic leader and jointly responsible to drive growth
* You will lead and mentor your organisation as an inspirational leader, and lead from the front as a role model
What we ask in you–
* You are a strong business developer– Able to protect the current and win the new
* You lead from the front
* A MD/CEO or a Top performing GM
* You are competitive, energetic, and able to work in a fast–paced environment
* Proactive and autonomous
* Commercial and consultancy approach
* Lead company initiatives to improve the overall business and quality performances
* Process driven and development transformation innovations
* Strong presentation skills
* Able to create a healthy competitive environment
* Experienced leader with a leadership style presented with credibility, enthusiasm, ambition and with an always open–door policy
* Able to create and build a success working culture
* Ideal MBA or CEO Program/Course
