Finance Analyst - Insurance - London - 6 Month Contract
Your new company
I am working with one of the worlds leading insurance company's who provide insurance and reinsurance both in the UK and internationally. Based in their UK office you will be part of a large complex finance function operating across a number of lines of business.
Your new role
My client is looking for a strong Finance Analyst to work in their Financial Planning team to assist through a busy period. You will be working with them on the planning for their different entities. You will also be reviewing the planning processes and making improvements to do so.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience in insurance - ideally London market (Lloyd's experience). You will need to have planning skills and advanced excel modelling skills (ideally VBA). You will be a fast learner and have experience working in a large complex business.

You will be in a varied role where you can utilise your financial planning and analysis skills while adding value to the business. You will be on a daily rate of £350-£450/day depending on experience. The role is 9 months initially and majority of that is likely to be working remotely, and then flexible working when back in the office.
