Duties and responsibilities
- Project management through full project life cycle
- Manage project progress ensuring timelines are adhered to
- Managing risks and mitigate this where possible
- Gain an in depth understanding of the business requirements, specifically within their recruitment function
- Supporting a smooth transition to BAU
- Carry out impact assessments, ensure this is communicated effectively to any effected stakeholders
- Heavily involved in the setting up of new project teams and their continued governance
- Coordinating work streams and their interdependencies
- Clearly communicate project objectives to all relevant stakeholders
- Gain an understanding of the project governance requirements
