People Experience Partner – High–growth FinTech – London
Your new company
A fast–growing FinTech business, founded in New Zealand in 2017, the firm is now a global business committed to responsible lending and offering customer–led products and services. They have some ambitious growth plans for 2021 & beyond so are now looking for a collaborative and commercially minded experienced HR professional with a passion for recruitment to join their team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will proactively partner with the business and Leaders, ensuring best practice HR delivery through expert advice, coaching of leaders to ensure a highly engaged culture and high performing teams. You will deliver the global talent strategy – working closely with Leaders to ensure external talent is
identified. Additionally, you will lead HR project work, development of local processes and policies and everything else which comes with being a in a generalist People related role in a scaling FinTech!
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be an experienced generalist that knows what good looks like across all parts of the employee life–cycle including good understanding of employment legislation, immigration, leave
entitlements and basic payroll knowledge. You will be passionate about recruitment and have a proven track record of sourcing great talent (ideally in FinTech and/or a scaling business). You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills which in turn allow for you to build strong and effective
relationships. You will have credibility to challenge and influence at a senior level.
