Liverpool's best regarded Corporate department have - in line with the continued development of its industry recognised Corporate offering - an exciting opening for an experienced Corporate Solicitor (Associate to Director level) from a similarly regarded Corporate team.
The specialist Corporate team has an excellent client listing and regularly works alongside city, and other, equally nationally renowned firms on a wide array of M&A and transactional cases. You will have broad transactional experience (M&A's, JV's, shareholder and LLP agreements, corporate restructurings and general Corporate matters), have gained experience working autonomously on instructions and cooperatively as part of a larger team.
The firm can offer the highest quality work in Liverpool as part of a focused and dedicated team acting on behalf of a stellar client list.
Salary (up to £90k) and full benefits will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise.
