The Colleges' Partnership are recruiting for a Commercial Director / Head of End Point Assessment* to oversee the development of our commercial apprenticeship streams and act as the head of End Point Assessment. The post will allow the successful applicant to work with as a member of the Strategic Management Team in influencing the strategic direction of the Company.
The post is full time (37 hours per week). The post location is flexible, with the possibility of being home based, but with regular travel to the South West of England**.
The main responsibilities are:
To lead on EPA activity within our subsidiary Company
To develop and manage all non–military apprenticeship and employer training
To lead on growing and diversifying income streams across the organisation through development of new courses and business plans
To lead on ad–hoc and commercial funding streams
To maintain and grow links with external stakeholders and businesses, developing strong relationships that will benefit the organisation
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience
IQA, or equivalent knowledge and experience
Experience of business development activity
Experience of Apprenticeships and/or Awarding Organisations/End Point Assessment
Line management experience
Experience of designing and implementing change
Drive to challenge the normal way of doing things and to seek continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills
Excellent relationship builder
It is desirable for the ideal candidate to have a management qualification, and project management training.
