Full service law firm with respected 'smaller-deal' corporate practice wishes to focus and strengthen its commercial offering. A unique opportunity to grow into the role.
THE ROLE
This busy corporate team has a good flow of commercial work being introduced to the firm but limited resource to service it. Additionally there is plenty of extra commercial work available from its existing corporate clients waiting to be unlocked.
You will effectively become the internal and external 'go-to' commercial lawyer at the firm, creating for yourself a ready-made career path. You will be supported by the existing corporate partners and some juniors.
YOU
A mid-level lawyer, around Senior Associate level, with a background in commercial law covering commercial contracts, IP, data protection and IT matters.
Important will be your attitude and keenness to take on this new role and make of it what you wish, whilst being amply supported and encouraged.
