The Programme Manager will be required to lead the programme management activities across the broader group of the construction hub. The primary function of the role is to ensure the delivery of the programme and its projects. This will involve overseeing the overall performance to deliver the required results. The role also encompasses:

* Leading and managing the successful delivery of a number of projects in a programme and across multiple technology themes and customers
* Engagement, persuasion and influencing through their communication style and approach and have the ability to gain commitment and reach the wider audience
* Effectively shape and influence how the programme is perceived externally and internally, ensuring that clear, consistent and positive messages are communicated
* Understanding the organisation, its customers, stakeholders and critical relationships and interactions, using this understanding to create traction
* Providing a good customer service and ensure that the programme is trusted to deliver on its customer service proposition
* Liaison with senior management and ensure the effective use of resources across the programme in delivering project quality, cost & delivery within programme scope.

* An extremely strong project and programme leader with significant experience in a project and programme based/professional services environment
* Demonstrates appropriate behaviours and competencies and person specification
* Experience and a working understanding of delivering projects and programmes through others in an engineering/professional services environment
* Appropriate qualifications and ideally to degree level with appropriate professional status such as MCIOB
