Recruitment Business Development Manager – Industrial Division – Midlands based
Basic Salary – Up to GBP45,000 + Uncapped Bonus Payments
An opportunity exists to take the Industrial arm of Encore to the next threshold operating across all locations in the Midlands. A track record of corporate sales into Industrial clients is essential.

Encore place 4500 workers weekly across 32 locations in England. The growth trajectory has been consistent year on year and will see the business jump from GBP76M to GBP100M by the end of 2021. Our core specialisms primarily are: Driving, Industrial and Engineering. Encore have recently been announced in the London Stock Exchange's landmark report the '1000 companies that inspire Britain' for the second year running. This report showcases the UK's most inspiring and fast growing companies.
Your new role:
As a Business Development Manager at Encore you will be responsible for winning new business and expanding our client base, this involves:
Profit generation through Business Development over quantity) and face–to–face sales visits in order to generate new clients.
Bringing commercial viewpoint into the business from client & competitor intel to steer our offering.
Ownership of the entire sales process from calling potential clients to closing the deal, including support to other sales staff.
Generating leads and building your database of contacts.
Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
Building an in depth knowledge of your industry and the clients that operate within it.
Area mapping – Outlining the employment set up of the current market.
Working towards monthly & annual KPIs revenue targets.
