The Firm
Scale Lane are hiring a Litigation Partner or Litigation Head of Department on behalf of a highly skilled, full service firm based close to Maidstone in the heart of Kent.
This well-established firm has an envious 150 year history and is now entering its greatest era with a top City litigation lawyer, with previous clients including the UK's very biggest companies and cases worth £Billions, now directing the firm and elevating it head and shoulders above the local and regional competition and rivalling City firms.
The Role
As an experienced Litigation Partner or Head of Department, you will work on a hugely varied caseload made up of mostly commercial cases, ranging from small debt recovery through to multi £Million international litigation.
You will head up a team of around 10 staff and will be instrumental in further growing the firm's already highly regarded status and reputation. You will have strong managerial skills, a proven track record of billing and a loyal following of clients.
