The Role

NQ to 5 PQE Court of Protection to join T1 ranked team in Salisbury

In one of the UK's leading Private Client team, the balanced team specialise in providing Court of Protection Deputyship support clients, managing multi-million-pound awards as the norm.

Within the context of the Mental Capacity Act and other relevant legislation, you'll provide advice and representation to clients and family members of those with brain injuries and vulnerabilities, managing trusts, tax affairs, wills and associated areas.

Many of the Partners developed internal, this being an ongoing sentiment of the firm to provide mentoring to all colleagues to achieve their goals. As the team receives continued investment and grows, this will present ample opportunity to progress.

The Requirements
  • Previous Court of Protection experience
  • High degree of empathy
  • Willing to mentor more junior colleagues when required
