Project Director – London
Working for a main contractor's construction division delivering projects between 20m & 100million in value.
Location: – London
Salary: – GBP100,000 – GBP120,000 basic + Car + Package
Role Description
My client is a top 10 main contractor delivering New build developments across the UK with this role based in the London division. As a Project Director you will be the No1 on site delivering a scheme from Pre–construction through to delivery completion.
The first scheme is a Housing development with a mix of 3 RC Frame, Mid rise flats and 3 story town houses as part of the new development. With the land in an area that provides different challenges logistically in terms of access and Engineering based works.
You need to be a proven No1 on site with previous history of delivering a new build scheme, Mid–rise or High rise. Having the skills to lead a team from pre–construction of the project initial award, site set up, working with the Operations Director to get your team on site then seeing the project through to a successful completion and hand back to the client.
All the projects will be based in London so you need to be able and flexible to travel around as required.
Qualifications / Experience
HNC / HND / Degree in a Construction / Engineering related subject.
Experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Lead or Project Director taking a project from award to completion.
