Commercial Assistant to Managing Director
Pertemps are looking for a part time permanent member of staff for a successful growing company based in Shrewsbury.
You will be assisting the Managing Director with his duties for sales, customer services, marketing, and product development
Duties and responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
1. Control of product specifications with manufacturers
2. Control of product launch process
3. Liaise with design agency
4. Control of product promotion process (including social media)
5. Control packaging at suppliers
6. Control of order process
7. Present products to existing and potential customers
8. Manage company website
Successful Candidate
– Must be happy to work from the office
– Must have high level competency in Word, Excel, Publisher and Power Point.
– Skills Sage and Adobe illustrator would be definite advantageous
– Team Player
– Adaptability
– Enthusiasm
– Able to work and use social media
Hourly rate for this job is GBP11.59.
Working times are three days per week, with hours 9.15 to 2.45
