Junior Business Analyst – Manufacturing / Engineering – Process Improvement Operations solutions – incredible new role to make a huge difference in a fantastic business!

Reporting to the Group HR Director of this fascinating, agile and growing SME to improve all aspects of internal operational and processes.
Role core purpose: Measure the current business processes, facilitate targets being set and work with the business to improve processes to help achieve the set targets.
This 50 million turnover group with several key brands is looking to grow and with growth there comes a time when you have to improve, polish and provide internal strength within process and structure and this is a key role working with Group HR Director to help facilitate next level growth! Accountabilities & Key tasks:
* Works with the senior management team and key employees to identify key processes
* Set short, medium and long term process improvement targets
* Create a continuous improvement program that is branded and encourages uniformed participation across all Group companies.
* Prioritise the companies and processes to be improved
* Identify champions within each business to co–ordinate and train in a common approach
* Ensure that the continuous improvement process is sustainable and shows demonstrable benefits
* Is a vocal champion for a continuous improvement culture and reports on the results in a timely manner.
