They are market leaders in the Breast Reconstruction and Abdominal Wall Reconstruction therapy areas. Job Description
You will be expected to manage, grow and maintain your designated territory, as directed by your line manager and the wider leadership team. You will be responsible for the Abdominal Wall, Breast Reconstruction and Breast Augmentation portfolios.
Key Duties include:
* To retain and grow sales of existing and new products in portfolio.
* Assist in the design and then execute a sales strategy to meet and maintain the sales objectives set out by the company.
* Develop an in–depth knowledge of our products and our competitors.
* Become an expert in the therapy areas in which you are involved to become an acknowledged partner to the medical teams you are assisting.
* Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
* Maintain communication and follow–up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer's real–time needs.
* Attend conferences and professional association meetings, exhibitions etc. This may necessitate occasional weekend work.
* Complete sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
* Work collaboratively with the rest of the sales team and support functions.
* Other duties may be assigned.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrable and consistent record of over achievement in the medical devices arena. Going above and beyond to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for our customers, partners and ultimately the patients we serve is the expectation we place upon our representatives. You will be organized, diligent, highly motivated and prepared to work collaboratively and independently as projects dictate. You will demonstrate the highest levels of patient focus, integrity, and customer support with a Team–centric and Company–centric approach.
Skills and Experience
* A minimum of 3 to 5 years sales experience in Medical Devices with proven success.
* Experience of working within both the NHS and UK Private Healthcare sectors.
* Excellent Communications skills both verbal and written.
* A Levels/HND/HNC level education essential. Life Sciences degree preferred.
* Self–Motivated.
* Results Orientated.
* Tenacious and adaptable.
* Good relationship builder and KOL management.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Zoom.
* Experience within Breast reconstruction/Abdominal wall reconstruction / ADM market / Breast implant market is advantageous although not essential
