Horizon Care and Education are recruiting for an exciting new role to join the team as Education Operations Director.
At Horizon Care and Education Group, you will be given all the tools required for you to drive us forward and play a vital role in our continued success. We are looking for someone who will strive towards maintaining and improving on our high standards, so that we can continue to provide the best possible outcomes for our young people.
As an Education Operations Director you will be supported by an experienced team of staff across the group, you'll benefit from a wealth of opportunities for progression for you and your teams due to growth plans. We have significant plans for new establishments across the UK and you will fulfil an important role in the success of this growth.
You may be an exceptional educational leader looking to take the next step in your career, or you may be experienced at Director Level already, either way we are looking for the right fit for our organisation. You and your team will be influencing and changing the lives of our young people on a daily basis.
Role Overview
?? To support and develop our school teams, helping them to create stable and encouraging environments where young people in our care can thrive. The welfare, development and education of our Young People is our primary concern.
?? To build relationships across the Group to ensure an integrated approach with our young people's education, care and therapeutic care. To have strong relationships with Local Authorities and LADO to create trust and confidence in our services.
?? To create working environments which promotes team development and supports the Horizon Care and Education Group growth strategy. Taking full responsibility for new establishments under your leadership, ensuring they are opened with fully trained teams to meet the high standards expected.
?? To deliver a clear and consistent message both within Group and to external bodies that Horizon Care and Education Group place the utmost importance on achieving the highest standards of service delivery and invest accordingly in all areas to ensure that this happens.
?? To embody the Horizon Care and Education Group values.
