Associate Director

We are looking for a Senior Billing Manager / Associate Director to take ownership of our Manchester office and growth of the Recruitment team. This is an exciting time to join us – with solid growth plans and an existing client platform you are able to take this to the next level and really put your stamp on our Manchester Recruitment brand!

The Role;

• Coaching and mentoring of the existing team
• Grow and develop your team whilst leading from the front to manage and develop client relationships – leveraging off existing relationships as well as bringing in new business
• Looking for cross–selling opportunities where you can, to continue to help keep a collaborative environment across the company

The successful Candidate should have;

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a 360 Tech Recruitment role + solid billing background
• Strong client development and relationship skills
• Management experience (ideally managing at different levels with promotions included)
• Proven experience of generating revenue from clients you have brought on board
• Self–motivation with a flexible, "lead from the front", hands–on approach
