Group Corporate Finance Manager

We are pleased to have been retained by a listed, British, Fintech company. Our client is a leading provider of PoS, payment and loyalty solutions in the retail markets, operating across c6,000 retail sites, processing over 15 billion transactions each year, offering a range of products to its customers which help increase purchase size, loyalty and footfall.

With the recent appointment of a new CEO, the role of Group Corporate Finance Manager is seen as the next key hire to the Exec' team. The post–holder, working closely with the CEO & CFO, will support a dual–approach of organic and inorganic/acquisition growth and will take the lead in the development of company strategy; the review of prospective acquisition opportunities; execution of transactions and the delivery of associated benefits and integrations.

Responsibilities:

Formulate group–wide business strategies
Coordinate focussed delivery of these strategies
Identify market opportunities to deliver new capabilities; enter new territories and new market verticals
Create a list of potential targets for acquisition/merger/JV or other commercial relationships
Build business cases for strategic relationships and deliver these
Post–transaction, ensure that benefits are fully realisedExperience:

Previous transaction execution experience
ACA / CF Qualified
Technology and/or Corporate Finance background
Strategic planning
