Head of Department - Private Client Solicitor

An opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who has hit a brick wall career–wise and is looking to take that step up to head up a Private team and genuinely work towards Partnership.

This established law firm in North Hampshire is looking for a Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to become Head of Department of the private client team, in this key placement. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give the right support required to climb the career ladder. You'll be supervising 3 fee earners and 2 support staff.

As the Head of Private Client, you will be handling a varied caseload and building trusted, long–term relationships with high net worth clients to include wills, probate, IHT, tax planning, trusts, and complex estate administrations.

Your role as a Head of Private Client will involve:

• Growing the private client department
• A full range of private client matters
• Business development and networking to gain new business
