Intro: We are proud to be hiring a Head of Apprenticeship Recruitment in Nottingham for our Ofsted grade 2 client who are training providers, and are recognised as Outstanding for Leadership and Management.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Head of Apprenticeship Recruitment, your role will include:
– Advising and implementing new recruitment strategies and initiatives to improve the whole recruitment process.
– Developing a high performing sales team by identifying, designing and delivering effective training sessions.
– Leading on the successful role matching of apprentices to vacancies
– Lead driver for all recruitment team training initiatives.
Experience and Skills:
The ideal Head of Apprenticeship Recruitment, you must have:
– Demonstrated an exceptional recruitment track record
– Extensive experience in a fast paced, volume heavy recruitment role, ideally with Apprenticeships
– Experience of team leadership
– In–depth knowledge of Apprenticeships, ideally gained from experience of Apprenticeship recruitment across multiple sector
