Would you like to work for a global player within the automotive industry? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for a Business Analyst.
You will be responsible for the daily support and project execution of ERP system Plex and will involve European travel.
Responsibilities as Business Analyst will include
Responsible for the setup and configuration of ERP sytem in the following key areas:
* Customer and customer part setup
* Customer order management
* Customer releases and schedules
* Shipping
* Customer / supplier return
* Customer lables, EDI and shipping documentation
* Finished goods part setup and routing including locations, container types
* Container management
* Inventory management
* Sequencing
* MRP/PRP
* Scheduling
* Control panel production methods
Duties:
* Provide end user support in key functional areas
* Complete project tasks and resolve issues by defined due dates and to acceptable levels of quality
* Participate in definition, setup and testing of user security
* Collaborate with other teams – purchasing, sales, finance, quality etc to ensure integrated system is configured and processing correctly
* Lead the planning, execution and tracking of all data conversion and validation activities for your functional area
* Document business processes, develop SOPs and training materials, and define/enter training data
* Assist plants to update work instructions and process documentation and coordinate local language requests
* Train plant staff
Qualifications & Experience:
* Good knowledge of Logistic/Production modules in Plex
* Basic knowledge of all modules in Plex
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent analytical and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently with little supervison
* Self motivated
