Asset Management Director

The organisation has a proven track record of delivering high quality investment projects across sectors including private rental, office and student accommodation.

Due to this significant growth, the business is now seeking to add an Asset Management Director. The client is operating nationwide and offers flexible working, so there is an opportunity for the successful applicant to be based mostly from home.

The Role:

This an important and dynamic senior level position that will shape and drive forward the direction and performance of the organisation. The job holder must be able to 'roll up their sleeves' and proactively lead the Asset Management team, whose purpose is to increased returns across the portfolio.

The Person:

Ideally you will have proven Asset Management experience, along with Private Rented Sector or Build To Rent experience and will enjoy working within a team of hard working and ambitious colleagues. The culture of this company is well revered and is mentioned as a drawing point for potential candidates. This is an opportunity to impose your vision on Property projects across the Midlands with the high level of autonomy that you will be given.

You will demonstrate an excellent work ethic, communication, interpersonal, organisational & time management skills and will be commercially minded, astute and market aware.
