Market Risk Business Analyst – Commodities – 12 month contract – GBP600 – GBP700 per day – Fully Remote
Overview:
My client, a massive player in the commodities market are seeking a Market Risk Business Analyst with strong risk experience in the commodities industry to join one of their growing teams on a fully remote basis.
Role Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years business and functional experience in Market Risk and Market Data.
• Experience working with physical commodities.
• Good understanding of VaR calculations.
• Proven deliveries under an agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes; sampling methodologies, observation, internal reviews, and reports of findings.
About you:
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to make recommendations.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
• Process and project management experience.
Rate / Duration:
• 12 months
•GBP600 – GBP700 per day
