T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Systems Engineer to join our Client on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities of a Systems Engineer include;
* Design and implement solutions based on industry standards and best practice
* Provide escalation support for all Microsoft technologies
* To effectively and efficiently manage projects within agreed budget and timescales
* Maintain process library for team to ensure proper standardisation of team work
* Any other related task as requested
Key Skills and experience required of a Systems Engineer;
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Enterprise technologies in an enterprise environment
* Current experience in Microsoft system centre suite
* The ability to apply technology to improve existing systems and architecture
* Previous experience with Amazon Web Service (AWS) and Microsoft Azure cloud service infrastructure.
* Demonstrated proficiency supporting AD, Exchange/Office365, SharePoint, and IIS
* Client and server virtualisation install and administration experience with VMware vCentre
* Client and server virtualisation install and administration experience with Microsoft Hyper–V
* PowerShell scripting experience
* The ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload efficiently but react to change when needed
* Previous experience working at pace and to tight deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders including senior managers
* The ability to build and develop effective working relationships with various stakeholders, often with conflicting needs or demands
* An effective communicator with stakeholders of all levels
