The role will work under the direction of the Senior Director, ACE, Global Microsoft Alliance to drive joint GTM strategy with Microsoft across the EMEA market, primarily the UK and Germany.

As the PDC resource for EMEA, the role will function as a Partner Program Manager within the ISV & Technology Alliances team to play a key role in delivering on the ACE transformational vision: 'Partner Success' is synonymous with 'Customer Success' in accelerating Digital Transformation & predictable Business Outcomes for our partner Microsoft in the EMEA region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for managing ServiceNow partnership with Microsoft across the EMEA Region, to engage ServiceNow account teams in processing leads from Microsoft. This includes:

* Accept and process leads from Microsoft across EMEA within 2 days

* Engage ServiceNow and Microsoft account teams to review and qualify leads within 2 weeks of receipt of leads

* Process Microsoft leads from initial intake to engaged status, reflected in total partner impacted, either influence or deal registration on opportunities, or canceled status.

* Be able to clearly articulate the joint value proposition of the ServiceNow+Microsoft better together story, including each of our co–sell solutions, and able to handle the entire conversation with both ServiceNow and Microsoft sellers.

* Be able to clearly articulate "What's in it for me" for each seller from the joint sale engagement.

* Work closely with ServiceNow Partner Operations team to ensure reporting and best practice is being executed

* Executive presence and communication skills when engaging with account teams.

* Manage and maintain the Microsoft EMEA account map and stakeholder mapping to ServiceNow stakeholders

* Engage with Microsoft EMEA Enterprise Channel Manager (ECM) resources and conduct bi–weekly pipeline reviews
