Global organisation a leader in their sector is seeking to secure a Business Relationship Partner – Data Office. The focus of the role is to drive Data Literacy across the organisation, and to enable the organisation to become more Data Driven.

The Business Relationship Partner – Data Office – will ensure the business demands for increased Data & Analytics are being met by working closely with the business stakeholders and leveraging Data Science, Data Engineering, Master Data, Governance and MI Analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead Data Literacy across a pan–European environment
Manage the day–to–day relationship of the Data Office deliveries, Service Management and local off–island projects across sites and countries in scope.
Support deployment of 2000 Colleagues to become Data Literate – so that Data is used to answer every business question.
Develop a clear delivery pipeline and tangible benefits case prioritisation working with the Data Office Project Manager.
Chair the Data & Analytics Forum – drive functional strategies aligned to the wider business objectives.
Support the IT Service Delivery Team – will share responsibility for IT & Data Office service improvement across the organisation.
Working within a pan–European environment – maintain close relationships with the business, IT and Service Providers to ensure Data Literacy is driven across the organisation.
Working with Service Delivery & Engineering colleagues, to ensure service provision is appropriate and responsive to business needs, robust, reliable and conforms to service level agreements.
Support sites & countries ensuring appropriate processes, acceptance criteria, monitoring, communication and reporting are established and managed to ensure a smooth transition to business–as–usual service management.
Demonstrate a continuous improvement ethos – challenge the norm to meet the objects of the Data Office.
Establish good working relationships with key business Stakeholders in countries to ensure an effective interface between all parties.
Manage the successful delivery of local Analytical projects & support the local deployment in their Data goals.
Manage major incidents and incident escalation across business, Data Office IT and Supplier Teams.
Experience Required:

Data & Analytics, or BI Business Partner – focused on Data & Analytics adoption
Leading Data Literacy & Adoption – ideally set up a Data & Analytical forum
Data Methodologies – Knowledge and experience
Advocate for Data Driven adaptation & Data as a service
Stakeholder Engagement/Management – able to influence at a Country Board & Functional Head level
Collaborative approach – constructively challenges, ability to get key Stakeholders "on side", delivers results through others
Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement mind set
Plans strategically
Problem solving – can get to the heart of problem and its resolution by asking the right questions – ensuring the right options are explored and followed through to completion
IT Project Management & Project Lifecycle experience – Data & Analytical adoption
