Associate Candidate Care Partner – Permanent Contract

Your new role As an Associate Candidate Care Partner based in Leicester you will be responsible for ensuring our contractors are on–boarded smoothly and that any on–going queries they have are efficiently handled. You will help their first week go smoothly by ensuring all pre employment checks and paperwork are submitted promptly and accurately as well as catching up with them once a month. Common enquiries surrounding payroll, invoicing, extensions of contractual terms and access to systems will be second nature to you before long.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed as an Associate Candidate Care Partner you should have office experience and ideally some experience handling complex queries and complaints over the phone. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and an ability proven by your work history to master new systems quickly. A large part of the role is dealing with problems that have arisen for our contractors on site, the successful candidate must show they can be a problem solver and quickly resolve such issues whilst also exercising the good judgement to escalate more serious issues in a timely manner.
