Role: Business Development Manager /Sales Executive
Salary: GBP28,000 base + GBP500 per month car allowance + commission (Paid monthly) + Benefits

The Client:
Our client is a well–established family–run waste & recycling company in the West Midlands.

The Role:
This position is for an Area Business Development Manager working within the West Midlands selling direct Commercial & Industrial waste services. The 4 main waste streams dealt with are black bag, DMR, Glass & Food waste predominantly front end and Euro wheelie bins with additional Hazardous and skip services brokered out. They have several sites within the region including a large MRF recycling plant. This position is to win new business in the area and manage that account moving forward.

The Candidate:
Your client is flexible on experience however previous C&I waste experience is preferred. You will be hard–working, proactive and positive joining a long–established sales team with a fun, friendly and buoyant atmosphere. Realistic OTE for the position is GBP48,000 – GBP50,000 with their highest biller earning GBP56,000 last year
