JOB TITLE: Locum Commercial Property Solicitor PQE: 5+ years of experience LOCATION: Remote working

THE ROLE: An ambitious and expanding commercial law firm requires the assistance of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to assist their existing team on a locum basis. Supporting the existing fee earners during a particularly busy period, this role is required to commence at short notice and could potentially offer ongoing work. This team is seeking assistance with a variety of work including commercial landlord and tenant matters, commercial development work, lease renewals, new business leases, commercial sales and acquisitions and agricultural property work.

THE CANDIDATE: As a qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in commercial property law, you will be confident in running your own caseload of client matters working independently on a remote basis. Experience in agricultural property matters would be advantageous but is not essential. You will take pride in offering exceptional levels of care and ensuring the high standards of this growing firm are upheld. This role could be well suited to someone seeking to 'top up' existing work elsewhere, someone seeking a role requiring less than a full-time working commitment, or to address their work-life balance with a more fluid and flexible option.
