Location: North London
Package: GBP60,000 – GBP80,000 Basic + Package

Is a well–established and growing developer and contractor, who are known for the high–quality homes (new build and refurb) throughout London.

The Role
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to support business strategies and identify and secure negotiated and tendered contracting workload for new build, residential project.
Key responsibilities as the Business Development Manager:
Find new opportunities to meet strategic goals, propose new business strategies, using your knowledge and relationships
Identify new initiatives and market trends to ensure the company are market leading
Develop new marketing strategies with the Marketing team to promote the business and its growth plans.
The Business Development Manager
You MUST have experience working for a contractor, housing association or local authority. Knowledge of new business within the UK Residential Construction market is a must and you will also have an proven record of securing new residentialprojects of GBP10m plus across. If you have refurb experience, this would be advantageous, however not essential
