Senior Litigation Solicitor

The firm prides itself on being able to offer an extensive range of services to individual and business clients. It's successful Dispute Resolution department is seeking a Litigator 7+ years PQE to join its offices based in Maidenhead.

There is a current caseload which will include an array of matters including landlord & tenant disputes, property litigation and contractual disputes.

The firm on a whole deal with commercial disputes, landlord and tenant cases, boundary disputes, mortgage re-possessions, intellectual property infringement, criminal defence work, arbitration and mediation.

You will be joining a collegiate practice and you will have access to a wealth of support from the firms 6 other offices in the South East region.

Salary of up to £65,000 dependent on experience. An ability to generate onward business from your own client contacts is essential.
