Sole Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a rapidly expanding organisation at the forefront of recent trends across the automotive and new tech/design and innovation industries.
The organisation is currently enjoying a sustained period of expansion and continued success and is now looking to appoint its first permanent in-house lawyer.
Role
You will be able to undertake some flexible working/WFH for this role. You will be happy and able to occasionally travel to the organisation's offices on the north London/Herts borders.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues including working on exciting new future acquisitions.
You will be the organisation's Sole Legal Counsel and you will report directly into the Board. You will have direct access to various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package.
You
You will be a qualified lawyer with 6+ years' PQE. You will have some prior in-house experience. You will have some prior experience of industry relevant matters such as in respect of automotive, construction, manufacturing, engineering, utilities, etc.
