We have a very exciting and urgent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager/Associate Director to join one of the country's leading Independent Construction consultancies in Central London. The consultancy has a very strong reputation and almost 200 years of proven development experience, helping to deliver some of the most iconic schemes in the UK.
Their teams are growing from strength to strength and they need an experience, driven Senior Project Manager or Associate with exceptional Project Management experience to deliver multimillion pound healthcare projects.
Senior Project Manager/Associate Director requirements:
Minimum 2:1 degree in relevant field, such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering (RICS accredited or similar)
MRICS or MCIOB qualified candidates are preferred
Proven ability to manage large, complex schemes
Experience of managing Health Care projects
Manage the whole process through initial design brief from RIBA stage 2
Strong Contract Administration knowledge
It is expected that you will manage your own time efficiently and at all times endeavour to control the cost of providing the service to the Client compared to the chargeable fees
Strong interpersonal skills to support and train and develop teams.
Drive exceptional delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong, likeable personality to get the most out of junior members of staff and develop the client relationship
