Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: GBP60,000 – GBP80,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday

My client is a large Construction company within the UK, who have been established for over 20 years specialising in a wide range of solutions for several sectors withing construction. They have a brand–new opening for a Business Development Manager, to be site based in Radlett, Hertfordshire. You will be entitled to car allowance and a fuel card too.

The successful Business Development Manager will join a company which is now one of the leading companies in its sector. Business Development Manager Key Skills:
* Previous experience as a Business Development Manager within the New build or Refurb or working for a contractor, housing association or local authority in construction.
* Strong skills in Business development, identifying new opportunities, working to KPI's, proven negotiation and tendering skills, new business strategies.
* Drivers licence
Business Development Manager responsibilities:
* Business development –identifying new opportunities, working to KPI's, negotiation and tendering skills, new business strategies.
* Marketing – responsible for company brochures and marketing material, to take part in key industry conferences, events, seminars and more. Responsible for social media presence, working closely with the Marketing team.
* Reporting – report to management on current industry trends that may affect the business, communicate to the board on business development activities, market opportunities that need to be pursued by the business and much more.
