Business Development Leader
I am currently looking for an ambitious individual who can recognise that with ambition the harder you work the luckier you get.
As the Business Development Leader you will manage the full life cycle of the sales process from initial scoping of the market, prospecting, pipelining and closing within the contact centre industry.
This is an exciting role to support the growth of the business and we are looking for dynamic, driven and forward–thinking sales professionals who can position the contact centre solutions to potential customers.
The post holder will be expected to contribute key insight and understanding of the competitive market to build winning strategies increasing our client portfolio and customer focused solutions. You will be a self–starting leader, confident networker and able to create opportunities and close deals.
Responsibilities include: –
Creating, driving, managing and converting potential new business opportunities within the contact centre industry
Work with operational delivery teams and SMEs to design portfolio solutions with prospective customers to determine relevance and application of potential propositions for customers
Lead solutions definition and design process from initial pre–sales requirements capture through to high–level design and contract signature stages
Lead on client commercials from solutions design, proposal development and pricing/costing perspective
Develop and build relationships with key decision makers in target organisations
Attend periodic client meetings identifying future growth opportunities
Maintain strong focus on business growth
Accurate pipeline and sales reporting for all opportunities
Develop new solutions for existing clients and identify new proposition opportunities for the division
Increase revenues each year to ensure divisional sales targets are met
Desirable Qualifications or Skills required:
Proven track record in a senior sales role within the contact centre industry however focus is more on sales experience, attitude and drive.
Well versed in contact centre solutions and a good understanding of key functions within the industry – again this would be great but contact centre services can be learned – its about sales focus.
